Right of cancellation
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a representative of yours, who is not the carrier, have taken the goods in possession. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must notify us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by a post mail, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form which is however not mandatory. In order to observe the revocation period it is sufficient for you to send your revocation message before the withdrawal deadline.

Effects of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we will repay all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen another type of delivery than those offered by us). We will repay immediately, within fourteen days from the date on which we have received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise; in any case you will not be charged with any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the repayment until we have received the returned goods again, or until you have demonstrated that you have returned the goods. You have to return us the goods promptly and definitely not later than fourteen days from the date on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline of fourteen days. You bear all expense of returning the goods. For any value loss of the goods you need to pay only if this value loss was necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of cancellation in accordance with number 7. exists only if the customer is a consumer, according to § 13 BGB. “A consumer is any natural person who enters into a transaction primarily for a purpose which can be attributed neither commercial nor their independent vocational activity”.
The right does not apply to distance contracts if
- The supply of goods are prefabricated and their manufacture was an individual choice or defined by the consumer or which are tailored to the personal needs of the consumer,
- The supply of goods that may spoil quickly or whose expiration date has passed quickly,
- Its unsealed after delivery for supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for reasons of health or hygiene to return,
- The supply of goods, if they were mixed after delivery due to their nature inseparably with other goods,
- The supply of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery,
- The supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts,
- The supply of alcoholic beverages, the price was agreed in the contract that can be delivered earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, however, and the current value of fluctuations in the market depends on which the trader has no influence
